They are efficient but when they brake they are extremely expensive and difficult to fix. First of all make sure the person installing them does a good job and knows how to service them. Some plumbers may be able to install these boilers but i have met only a hand full of plumbers that do it right and have the knowledge to service them. The most important thing i can stress to people about getting one of these is quality installation...
