		<description>Have been working on a bunch of Laars boilers lately, there commercial products are great, but be aware of there residential products. They are efficient but when they brake they are extremely expensive and difficult to fix. First of all make sure the person installing them does a good job and knows how to service them. Some plumbers may be able to install these boilers but i have met only a hand full of plumbers that do it right and have the knowledge to service them. The most important thing i can stress to people about getting one of these is quality installation...</description>
